Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers can cancel their orders within 1 hours of placing the order. After this time frame, the order will be processed, and cancellation requests may not be accommodated.

Cancellation Procedure

Refunds for Damaged Products

We take utmost care to ensure that products are delivered in excellent condition. In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer support team within 1 or 2 days of receiving the item.
